Do small towns teach consequence better than boardrooms?
YES
Our founder grew up believing small towns were less sophisticated.
Then he worked in rural manufacturing environments and realized something uncomfortable.
Leadership and management do not break during comfort. They break under consequence.
In small-town industries, consequence is real every single day. That is where resilience and humility get built, not talked about.
Why does AI survival start on a farm?
Why Farming?
Greece, and Naxos in particular has remained fertile and productive for over 5,000 years despite limited natural resources, and a harsh rocky terrain. This becomes a living example of human resilience and adaptation.
Greek farmers (especially small farm owners) are good at everything. They have survived and adapted through every technological revolution for millennia and are not going away.
They use modern technology (including AI) to assist them, not replace them.
Because AI will reduce many white-collar jobs, we strengthen hands-on manual skills and maintain at least one physical hobby.
Farm crucibles and nature activities across Greece build this adaptive edge.
Classroom sessions teach how to use AI as a powerful assistant.
