About us

+Bringing small town ideas to the world??
Do small towns teach consequence better than boardrooms?
YES

Our founder grew up believing small towns were less sophisticated. Then he worked in rural manufacturing environments and realized something uncomfortable. Leadership and management do not break during comfort. They break under consequence. In small-town industries, consequence is real every single day. That is where resilience and humility get built, not talked about.
Why does AI survival start on a farm?
Why Farming?

Greece, and Naxos in particular has remained fertile and productive for over 5,000 years despite limited natural resources, and a harsh rocky terrain. This becomes a living example of human resilience and adaptation.

Greek farmers (especially small farm owners) are good at everything. They have survived and adapted through every technological revolution for millennia and are not going away. They use modern technology (including AI) to assist them, not replace them.

Because AI will reduce many white-collar jobs, we strengthen hands-on manual skills and maintain at least one physical hobby. Farm crucibles and nature activities across Greece build this adaptive edge. Classroom sessions teach how to use AI as a powerful assistant.
+Building inclusive teams through shared values
What does this mean?
We combine environmental stewardship, volunteering, and no-nonsense hands-on training in both classroom and field settings.

This approach is deliberately inclusive. People from different backgrounds, ages, and experience levels are thrown into the same real-world situations. The result? Instant bonds form because everyone is solving actual problems together under real pressure. Ego drops. Trust builds quickly. Teams emerge naturally. This is how we build effective, grounded teams that last.
+Why do we also teach in large cities?
The Urban Test
After building real resilience and consequence-driven thinking in small towns and rural environments, we take participants into large cities. This is where they apply everything they’ve learned under higher complexity, faster pace, and bigger systems. The goal is simple: prove that the grit, humility, and adaptability developed in small towns actually works in the real modern world.
+The origin story
Forged in consequence
As founder of The World Can Be Yours and Syndesi, Anthony fuses small-town grit with global expertise across software, localization, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical engineering. Raised as a first-generation immigrant by parents who were farmers and multi-skilled tradespeople during wartime, he witnessed firsthand how real consequence forges ingenuity, discipline, and the ability to solve problems with limited resources, much like a modern-day MacGyver. It was only after earning an engineering degree and working in small towns that he fully understood how this level of resourcefulness is built. This realization became the foundation of our programs: returning to those roots to create environments where others can develop the same clarity, adaptability, and leadership under real pressure.
